We have now selected a group of designers to showcase their work at the first Gin Palace event 'The Shape of Things to Come' which will be held in Glasgow at the end of November. The images are just a taster of the many talented designers whose work we will exhibit. Watch this space for further updates on designers profiles.

Cosima Sempill/Kitty & Dude
Ceramics

Kitty & Dude has a ‘tongue in cheek’ appeal teamed with a potent nod towards 1950’s design and culture; Cosima likes to combine contrasting ideas, focusing on designs that delight both aesthetic and intellectual senses.

Matt Coombes
Product Design

This is a public engagement project called 'non-therapeutic tools of grieving', designed to encourage a discourse around the 'awkward' subject of grief. The image above is of a vial designed to catch a single teardrop.

Lindsay Grime
Illustration

Lindsay Grime is a freelance illustrator producing works of whimsy and invention on paper, cardboard and ceramic.

Lucy Fergus/Re-Sillicone
Product Design

Re-silicone centres round the design and production of bespoke eco-conscious products and more recently, outdoor installations made from industrial rubber silicone off-cuts...join the re-silicone revolution!

Lesley Toast
Animation

Lesley likes to make things move....
